Amazon worker hit by car while walking to warehouse dies

Clay, N.Y. — A man hit by a car near the Amazon warehouse Saturday has died, deputies said today.
Basir Rashid, 40, of Brooklyn, died Sunday afternoon from his injuries, according to Thomas Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga Sheriff’s Office.
